Saved my marriage !! The part about incompetence etc has blown my mind. I couldn’t work out why we’re talking about the same thing but not on the same page so I was non leading questions to get on the same page and boom ..he came round to my way of thinking woohoo. I’ve been implementing that in my customer visits/meetings and closing has become that much easier and slicker. I’m also being aware of the DISC as I’m a strong I 😁. Loved the trainer who delivered the content explained it sooooo well. Best training I’ve ever had
