Very good training overall - learnt things to take away and apply to my work

Really good to get feedback from external sources I feel the content will help the newest members of staff the most and will assist me with my training newer staff

Enjoy the course and I can start using some of the tools quickly. Role cars are very useful the put things into context.

Very well executed, interesting and interactive course. Simon was clear, warm and what I describe professional. I learn tools that i will be able to use.

Excellent well facilitated course. Simon was very engaging and the overall course was very thought provoking. On the down side compared to prior courses the facilities and environment was extremely poor. Poor catering, very limited. One up from bring your own packed lunch!
