Good training session. It will improve my interactions with other people. I believe it will give me a chance to better understand other people’s feelings. However I think there was a little too many exercises in pairs (yes, I’m blue 🙃)
I found the course to be interesting but also enjoyable and fun . Simon is an excellent trainer and interacted very well with all the participants
Trainer was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. A lot of very valuable information and exercises. If we were to do this again I would like to have a more in depth consultation on advance so we could delve into specific examples while the facilitator was there to guide the discussions
Enough case studies , good examples from reality. Motivated teacher , nice to learn extra sales skills.

Perfect - exactly what I understood the course to cover and happy with all content. Even suggested books etc for additional info on bits I was interested in.
The course was very interesting. It gives added-value to our way of approaching customers. The trainer was very competent and he got the course to be very interactive with many discussions, exercises and examples. However i believe that the content was not properly structures since we jumped to one topic to the other without clearly mentioning it
