I love Maria’s style of training, as she is informative while also giving really useful personal examples. This suits my learning style so I benefitted from this. She was also very approachable when we didn’t understand something, or needed more clarity, advice or examples.

Fantastic two days, so useful and all areas you are able to apply in personal and Business.

Really useful to start introducing different methods into our current approach, rather than stripping back and changing what we’re doing now. A lot of methods are easily applicable.

Maria was excellent. The feedback from the whole group was positive. The anecdotes and thought starters were great at bringing us into each new topic. Very helpful examples of questions and assistance with our real life examples.

Gary was very friendly and knew how to engage the room throughout the multiple exercises. He explained concepts clearly and how best to apply them to our situations at work. It was nice getting know more about my colleagues’ working style if I don’t typically work with them on a day to day basis
