Trainer had good answer to some of the difficulty, I faced daily. He let us decide where we spend our time, things that were more relevant we spent more time on.

More interaction would be beneficial as there was a lot of talking and PowerPoint which is quite tiring over 2 whole days Informative as much as these courses can be and Patrick tried to mould the content to suit us
