Very well delivered course, even if only virtual. I managed to take away a lot and will be using my Key Account Planner.

Interesting course , very engaging as always.
I thought Lindsay made me feel very at ease and relaxed so it was easier to open up and be honest. It was very helpful to have Sam on the same course so we came to realisations together and Lindsay helped facilitate that. She was very clear and gave lots of good examples of how the techniques can work. I would ave liked to spend more time on course analysis

Good to have a refresher. Trainer went in to to much detail at times. Sometimes it pays to keep it simple with some farmer Customers. Trainer had little knowledge of Agriculture. Enjoyed the two days as the delegates were sharing on farm experiences with each other. Venue very comfortable
