It was great and I met new colleagues from different departments within the organisation.
I always have an urge to "fix" things. It was incredibly useful to know that in these complicated scenarios, it's not about fixing but about listening and helping the person in crisis to cope.
I found this has helped to boost my confidence with dealing with suicidal customers.
I think the course was well presented the materials provided were useful and everyone participated.
