Really useful information I feel it would be extremely useful to have live action coaching role plays/recorded sessions that we could watch to look at different models and techniques being used. The slides the trainer had were different to the slides on the sparepoint.

excellent trainer - so knowledgeable and interesting. These days tend to have a lot of content; some more practical tasks to test application or modelling eg seeing it done in practice is needed

Great day - would have been nice for the coach to have joined us in break out rooms, supportive coach and really clear!

Really enjoyed learning about mentoring and being in the different break out rooms to discuss the different approaches, models and case studies. Personally I am finding it hard to differentiate between coaching and mentoring at present. The case studies we had, I was thinking about coaching with then rather than mentoring and I was unable to visualise how mentoring would work

Excellent , useful. Could pause to understand the models more (I used google a lot to keep up my understanding ) . Maybe cover some in previous module which was more abstract and less practical?

Enjoyed it just a lot to digest and then getting emails while on the course but looking forward to getting started.
