Helen was excellent, not only providing a sound overview of the platforms but tackling issues with the software and fielding multiple questions. Thank you!

It was a lot of information related to the different systems which was not interesting but really valuable as I have been on a course previously where there was no indication or support for using the system. Although it was a bit tedious I appreciate the opportunity to flag issues ahead of starting and to be ahead of problems submitting requirements.

Helen is without doubt an excellent coaching educator. is energetic, communicates with clarity and very engaging to listen to.

It was ok, I felt that the slides were slightly rushed and sometimes needed a bit more clarity, maybe some examples.

I really enjoyed the session. The heat had a lot to do with my energy today I still participated. I love how Jason uses examples with models it is easier to understand.

I have learnt so much today especially with the Core coaching skills and behaviors - Acquiring key skills like active listening, building accountability and powerful questioning. Also Explanation of the role of a professional coach -gaining a deeper knowledge of what differentiates a professional coach from a mentor, manager, or trainer. The Breakout sessions and brainstorming with others really made my day in such a way that am able to hear other at the same time contribute to the team.

The day was very informative and gave us a good insight into expectations of us and what is covered
