I have learnt so much today especially with the Core coaching skills and behaviors - Acquiring key skills like active listening, building accountability and powerful questioning. Also Explanation of the role of a professional coach -gaining a deeper knowledge of what differentiates a professional coach from a mentor, manager, or trainer. The Breakout sessions and brainstorming with others really made my day in such a way that am able to hear other at the same time contribute to the team.

The day was very informative and gave us a good insight into expectations of us and what is covered

Very good day, lots of information to process and digest

There was a lot of information to take in, it felt quite overwhelming and a lot to try to absorb in a short amount of time. But the workshop was facilitated really well, with some good examples of how to apply the learning in practice.

I found the day very useful for recapping on work done previously as well as looking at additional models and techniques to add to my toolkit!

It was a good workshop but the structure was bit tricky and we had to rush through the content. Would be useful to have the final slide at the start of the day to set the agenda/ structure for the day

Always good to spend the day learning!
