Useful , I was a bit disappointed to see we were going over again contracts and stakeholder management but I understand that this was about expanding it when it came to apply practical coaching and to confirm and underpin what we already knew.

The trainer was great for this workshop, he was very engaging and explained theory really well.

Really good, but there is so much content, it is a struggle

I thought this was an excellent workshop, the most engaging I've attended. Really interesting content and great delivery.

This was a very long and full on day. I also think that the pre-event coursework was much more intensive than usual and key segments of the session depended on completing the kahler driver spreadsheet. I therefore think that could valuably have been highlighted to apprentices.

A bit daunted at the prospect of actually coaching , will have to look back at the models I feel comfortable with using on a practical basis not just theorizing about in Essays
