It was very informative and I am really pleased that I will be starting this course.

Enjoyed it. All relevant information and enough breaks to be able to assimilate the information.

There was lots of information on the course but it was all presented clearly and in a lot of detail so as not to be totally overwhelming. Claire was very good at presenting and kept it interesting the whole way through.

A most enjoyable session enhanced by the 'face to face' contact with fellow colleagues and the excellent delivery style of the trainer, Stewart.
