Gave me all the information I needed to start the assignment with confidence.
Enjoyable day, felt like a bit of a mix between teaching and workshop. I thought a bit more depth on theories would have been useful, it felt like lots was glossed over.
Enjoyed the lecture, Jason is very informative and understands the topic well.
Overall good, session 3 a bit harder as not very interactive.
Overall a useful day of good discussions developing our understanding of various coaching models.
