I enjoyed this course alot, Joanne has brought my confidence up and made me step out of my comfort zone she's really good thank you for that.

This is a great course and includes everyone. It gives a great understanding of what happens in customer service and how difficult it can be dealing with customers.
The course is useful and very understanding for customer service and very informative of the different aspects of customer service
It was exceptional, a really informative, engaging as well as motivational experience. Thoroughly enjoyed it, and getting a lot out of it. The things you learn are inspirational for other parts of my life too. There were a lot of people doing it - unsurprisingly - and Joanna had a much to coordinate, but still had time for personal contact and was very helpful, giving good, expert advice.
Joanna created a lovely environment to learn it and made sure everyone understood what was being taught. Great coach
