The venue was unnecessarily cold and the people inside were sometimes shivering a bit in the classroom.

It is a lovely venue , the only complaint would be , the room was cold.

Really loved being here learning new skills while interacting with the group.

I’d like to give some positive feedback on our customer service training with Gail. She was an outstanding trainer—extremely informative, respectful, and engaging throughout the entire session. Gail created a welcoming environment for everyone and made sure to adapt the training to suit our individual learning needs. She incorporated a variety of methods, including group activities, which really helped reinforce the key concepts and kept the sessions interactive and enjoyable. Her approach showed genuine understanding of the subject and a real commitment to helping us succeed. A big thank you to Gail for delivering such a valuable and well-rounded training experience
