Helen was calm in her delivery. Explained everything very well. Answered questions asked in full which helped. The layout of the training was good as well from explaining what Suicide is, to then delving deeper into how we can help consumers on calls and what action we may need to do, and then how to look after ourselves. She was understanding and very helpful.

Helen is the perfect person to deliver this course. With a real world understanding she's able to not only use models and frameworks but also life experience. Extremely empathetic and understanding of everyone's feelings. Helen is amazing and an inspiration.

Whilst the topic is difficult, I found the course very engaging and the soft skills taught will definitely help in my role. In my opinion Helen was the perfect person to deliver this content.

Very nice to meet you today. The training was delivered at a good pace all the way throughout. You made an effort to ensure everyone was engaged without overdoing it. Not really sure if this is something you can add, but I think if there was an example call (Doesn't need to be real, could be actors maybe?) that you could play for others totally new to this type of call, it could be a really good insight of how they can approach a conversation themselves. I know that may be a bit hard as all calls are different but maybe some food for thought.

The course was fantastic. I really felt out of my comfort zone even attending a training session and was dreading the prospect leading up to it, but knowing there was no role play involved, and having an engaging, kind and knowledgeable trainer like Helen really put me at ease. I took so much from the training and really enjoyed getting involved in discussion topics. I'm very glad I was able to attend.
