I attended this course with little experience on how to attempt to support this topic of conversation. The course was emotive and powerful and I came away feeling empowered that I could attempt to help make a difference to someone if they needed it (hopefully this is a skill I will never have to put to use) but in today's society it's sadly an important one that is very much needed. I'm so pleased I had the opportunity to attend this course. These are not just workplace skills learned but also life skills. I would 100 percent recommend this course to key colleagues supporting customers in challenging situations.

Helen's honest, sympathetic approach to this subject was inspiring. It was clear that she had a lot of experience and knowledge in this area and the course content was delivered in an easy to digest manner. I really found it useful and a great reminder of the support and impact we can have when dealing with customers difficult situations.

The content of the training session was incredibly eye-opening. I have never overlooked the seriousness of suicide as a topic, in a working environment or outside of work. However, having seen the statistics of the most-recent figures related to suicide in GB, this gave me further understanding of how prominent this is in modern society. In light of the above, the training needed to be delivered in a bespoke manner and I cannot speak highly enough of Helen as a trainer, or as a human being. She is incredibly inspiring and I feel grateful to have met her in person. Thank you for your time in delivering this material, I will take these lessons into every element of life moving forward.

Course run and organised well, I like the use of the workbook and instructions sent beforehand. The course itself was delivered very well, with much knowledge and care for the delegates on the course. I have left this feeling lots more confident in talking about suicide and will raise further awareness within my authority.

Helen was excellent. Engaging and provided fantastic tools and resources for both myself and to take back to the team. The agree rating: is that some tools I am already familiar with. But acknowledge that other members of the course have not experienced them. Would highly recommend
