Beth did a great job managing the course and people also expressing the elements of being a first aider. Being advertised as "for the cretaive industry" it wasn't really tailored for it, it was more of a overview. Having more of tailored workflow for the industry would go miles for the TV and Film industry as it is lacking so much in this aera.

I am quite old fashioned, I prefer meeting in person rather than online with a course which is quite intense at times. The instructors were excellent but I think it would have been better face to face.

Really enjoyed the sessions. It has made me want to explore MHFA further to increase my knowledge base. Interaction with the group went well and it was beneficial to have those discussions. Felt a safe space. Felt comfortable to ask Ellender any questions that arose. Thank you

I enjoyed the course and it made me think about different aspects of mental health. The breakout rooms could have been longer to enable further discussion. Maybe this course should be delivered face to face rather than on Teams as it is alot to take in. Not all of us had the manual to hand to having the hard copy before the session would be useful.

I thoroughly enjoyed the digital workshops and Layla is a fantastic trainer. She explained everything in detail, the videos used throughout were informative and I enjoyed the case studies. I feel that the online units that were to be completed before and between the sessions to unfortunately be unengaging and found myself flicking through them quite quickly. I would have preferred for there to be some audio or perhaps a test. I found the manual difficult to navigate online

We have been provided with a tool kit. Rather than being paralysed with uncertainty I feel better able to support individuals.
