Although the subject matter can be upsetting, I really enjoyed the course. The 2 seminars and the modules in between were well prepared and I didn't struggle too much to find time to do them. My only only slight niggle was that it was difficult to read all pages of the manual on screen as moving the page up and down to read it when enlarged was not easy. I need to enlarge fonts to read and lost bits of the middle of the page by doing so.

Really informative and well constructed course.

Enjoyed the course electronic interactions, I felt I understood more about the first section - maybe because of family situations I was more comforatable with it. I thought my knowledge would have been good for the second half but I had the realisation that I am not as knowledgable as I thought - but it wa sa good learning experience. The IT flowed well which suprised me, there were other candidates who i found had a lot more knowledge or appeared to. I wouldhave prefered a written copy of the manual.

Very informative and has given me confidence to approach someone dealing with mental health issues and to assist with wellbeing and mindfulness Also much more aware of the issue of mental health.

It was a good course, good conversation but I do believe that things like this are better face to face.

This is a vast field with so much to learn. The course gives a good introduction and overview to prospective MHFAs.

the course was extremely informative both on-line and webinars. I think I would like to see a refresher course in 12-18 months.

Stephen and Ann were enthusiastic teachers. I enjoyed watching the video clips and talking through the case scenarios. I think role playing the scenarios in pairs perhaps would give better practise in talking through and using methods to help someone in mental distress.

Really good course, feel better equiped and more comfortable in approaching situations. Interactive which is great and keeps you engaged.
