Brilliant teaching to the topics covered

Great course, all learning from each other and feel closer to my colleagues as a result

Really enjoyed the course and feel a lot better prepared to support others with their own mental health. Also understand the importance of looking after myself whilst undertaking the mental health first aider role. Stephen was a great instructor, he was open and honest and encouraged frank conversation. He made space for people to contribute their own experiences and it felt like a supportive, non judgemental environment.
