We were treated well, our groups were changing and a great blend of characters. Discussions were informative and kept orderly so everyone given chance to input. Difficult subjects were approached with sensitivity and self care was emphasised throughout. The course material is well presented and very informative and clear to understand. Enjoyed course immensely

Really enjoyed the course with Arthur and Jordan - both did a great job of staying enthusiastic and delivering the materials with a lot of knowledge. I found the interactive self-study much more engaging than just reading content, and it helped me to learn more. I also liked that it was a smaller group on the call, as it meant that we all got to know each other. The addition of the breakout rooms was beneficial too, as we were able to discuss our own professions and how the materials in the course could help. I feel that this course could benefit from more inclusion about women's health, as a lot of women experience anxiety/OCD/depression as part of PMS/PMDD. Also, mentioning puberty and menopause, which can cause hormonal fluctuations that impact mental health.

Very good course with a good collection of people who were not afraid to discuss things. Only improvement would be if the course handbook would have been available in PDF.

Good introductory course, it would be useful to be able to take away the handbook, or be able to print it so it can be used for future reference and support further to the webinars. Online modules were very useful and a good way to engage prior to the webinars.

I found the course very educational, gaining more knowledge in the fields of Psychosis and substance use. I would have liked more detailed information on other drugs which are used, as focused on alcohol in the scenario. I had technical issues throughout and was unable to access the mhfa manual. I would really like to have a copy of this, in paper if possible. I feel that this would be useful for future reference. I really enjoyed this course.

Fantastic instructor - would highly recommend him to anyone. The inclusion of personal experiences was brilliant. I have given 4 stars for the course content as I feel as though, from personal experience, eating disorders should be covered in the adult MHFA course. I am 35 and have been diagnosed with an eating disorder whilst in my 30s which was linked as a coping mechanism with depression. I do appreciate that it is in the manual and Stephen did touch on it very briefly. I am going to be reading up on that section, however I feel if it was part of the course, the stigma behind it may lessen. I was unaware that Binge Eating Disorder existed until I experienced it myself. Overall - excellent instructor and excellent course - thank you.
