i struggled somewhat with the course material particularly relating it to the manual. My copy of the manual arrived after the course finished!! I therefore felt under prepared for the webinars and reticent, and that my knowledge was on the low end. However the break out rooms did give me confidence that i did both actually knew more than i thought and my experiences were valid

Learnt a lot, and would feel more confident in approaching a colleague, friend or a stranger if i thought that they needed help.

My only suggestion is that I found it a bit confusing to find the link for the 2nd session.
