Great training session that has provided me with the knowledge and skills to put these discussions into practice.

The course was delivered in a way that felt considered and safe. I enjoyed the discussion around language and empowerment of courage to speak openly about suicide without fear of taboo. Catherine did a fantastic job at delivering the content and encouraging further exploration that felt personal.
