Very good introductory first aid course around suicide. It was a great refresher.

this is the second course I've attended that Sajda has delivered and like the first, it was well paced and kept running smoothly with the right amount of participation involved , excellent discussions and knowledge sharing. it included videos discussion and role play but not to the extent where you felt uncomfortable, an excellent informative course

I found this course extremely informative and feel prepared to be able to support in my department and with my peers. Practice makes perfect and it was great to be able to do role paly and engage with others on the course.
