The course was good and covered some really useful things. I found it to be quite a lot to learn in a short space of time having not been in these scenarios before but overall this was helpful.

The course was well laid out and very helpful. The trainer was very helpful and understanding, there was a good use of personal experience.

Training session was very good and overall structure good. Perhaps examples of different scenarios to help us be familiar with what to do in different situations.

Very informative and at times emotive. I took a lot away from the course.

Thank you so much for today. It has kind of reiterated what I already knew including some extras. I just hope we can all help with the stigma that can surround suicide. I have encountered situations before where I have been able to help so knowing more today just sets that foundation of knowledge. I hope I won’t have to use it but it’s an essential tool if I do ever have to.
