Ian made a difficult topic easy to talk about and made it far more accessible and understandable than ever before. I feel more prepared to have these conversations now (although hope I never have to!) and I do think this is something everyone should be trained on.

I really didn't know what to expect when I signed up for this course. This is a subject very close to my heart due to personal experience, the course was delivered by Ian with the upmost sensitivity, without shying away from dealing with the tough subject matter. Everything that I learnt on this day made so much sense and I have many takeaways. The main one being much more confidence that I would be able to help and support anyone in need. I will be forever grateful that I was given the opportunity to attend this course as I feel that what I have learnt on this day will stay with me forever. Thank you.
