Shian, was fantastic. Although it was a sensitive subject, it was really well delivered and I learnt a lot.

I am glad I have done this training as it has taught me a lot. I am now confident in having those conversations and how to spot the early signs. I think knowing that your own wellbeing matters too is great as this can be overwhelming. Kevin did amazing job at explaining everything and the breakout rooms activities were really good.
