Very good

The only part that i didn't like was at the end having to do a role play where you had to pretend you were suicidal. My cousin committed suicide and i really wasnt happy to do this section.

Very effective course, good takeaway thoughts/practices. A long day that flew by because of quality of training. Video used was excellent and completely appropriate and believable.
