Loved the entire programme - especially the provision of language to ask - what to listen for - and how to cope. We didn't cover it but the self-care wheel of life and check-in looks amazing.

I thought the tutor of the course was brilliant, they insight and attitude towards the subject matter was informative, attentive and respectful

Enjoyed the course and feel the content will be valuable to my role.

It has been a really useful course to attend and has given me confidence to have more open conversations with the people I work with and not be afraid to broach the subject of suicide. It has also given me tools to share with the team I work with.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I was apprehensive at first as I felt I would be out of my depth but I felt comfortable and able to participate when I felt confident enough to. I have learnt a lot and definitely feel more confident.

I have enjoyed the training and feel that we need to spend more time on this subject.
