I really enjoyed (if that's the right word) the course. It was well prepared and allowed me to be challenged but in a safe environment.

It was excellent. The trainer was very warm and lightened the heavy subject matter.

I have gained a lot from the course and would feel confident in assisting someone in distress by utilising natural instinct and this training. It has also given me the confidence to openly ask someone if they are ok in a meaningful way and to listen.

Really interesting stuff. Making the difficult to discuss subject a bit easier to delve into!

Thoroughly enjoyed the day and was kept stimulated also a sensible break schedule
