Even though this is a very heavy and difficult subject I felt the pitch was absolutely right. Sophia is a great trainer and even though I have experience of having these sorts of conversations I still learnt a lot. Am going to recommend to the rest of my team.

Although a heavy topic, the trainer's delivery method was well paced, empathic and I felt my wellbeing was supported as well as my learning.

I think the course was informative and encouraged input and participation from everyone. It also included some practical tools for the helper.

Really nice trainer

Excellent course, would recommend. Will use the points covered if I encounter somebody who wishes to do suicide. I will try to change my use of language and think that there are wider lessons which I can adopt for other conversations too
