Very helpful training to build confidence in working with people thinking about suicide.

I feel much more confident approaching a scenario like this in future.

Although a heavy topic, the trainer's delivery method was well paced, empathic and I felt my wellbeing was supported as well as my learning.

I think the course was informative and encouraged input and participation from everyone. It also included some practical tools for the helper.

Excellent course, would recommend. Will use the points covered if I encounter somebody who wishes to do suicide. I will try to change my use of language and think that there are wider lessons which I can adopt for other conversations too

Really useful and although intense subject strangely enjoyable.
