Felt a lot better about the topic at hand from before I started it so a lot to take away from the course. Delivered very well from Laura.

Difficult topic to unpack - ties in well with my role and the vulnerability / customer support angle. Laura was so friendly, knowledgeable and experienced that the topic became much more digestible and she brought it to life, excuse the pun.

Really enjoyed the course, have done this course twice before great to revisit as peoples, situations and environments change all the time. So great to keep up to date with such important work

Would be better if it was face to face but understand that is difficult still in todays world.
