Great venue and nice amount of resources

The training was a good revisit of the subject for me, trainer delivered it nicely, definitely made a whole days difficult topic manageable and was respectful in doing so.

Constructive and informative

Good course aimed at departments that have limited interactions with people who are in crisis. Enhanced Customer Care team would be less relevant as these are interactions that we are trained to take and have a lot of guidance around.
