I believe it was a great tool to review our protocols and find ways to make it easier for us to talk with a suicidal person as it allows as to take away the stigmatizing idea that it is better not to talk about it and have an authority reassure us it is beneficial to use proper and direct vocabulary to ensure the best help possible
