Strange having a training course delivered from India !! Good though 😊👍

The course was really thought provoking and challenging. It is really useful to me in my front line work with young people who are care experienced. I talk about mental health and feelings openly with the young people i work with and suicidal thoughts and self harm do come up regularly. I think this training has just given me the confidence to know that what i do already is really positive but i can add to it with the tools and skills learned on this course.

Found the course very informative and helpful. Considering the content the course was delivered in a sensitive but realistic way. Discussions with participants were good and I felt involved.
