An excellent course that has raised my awareness and given me the confidence to support people who have suicidal thoughts or actions.

I enjoyed the training as it has created a greater awareness of suicide intervention for calls/situations

I left the course with a better understanding of this subject and, the confidence to say the word suicide openly when needed without fear of offending or shocking.

The course increased my knowledged and understand of the issue and I feel more confident that I can assist someone facing these issues. The trainer made what is a very difficult subject possible to talk about. He also done welfare checks which is vital.
