Content is directly applicable to the work in the support line. Advisors and nurses will be able to use the learning from this course in the daily work, improving their confidence, practice and safety of our service users.
Was run really smoothly and gives me more of a better understanding and more confidence and knowledge in this.
The course has been very beneficial to me and I also feel I can pass on the knowledge to my team members. Suicide is not an easy subject to discuss but after this training I feel better equipped broaching the subject.
