This was a great course and I would recommend it to anyone. It doesn't matter if you work in a caring profession or not - anyone could meet a person thinking about suicide. Knowing how to spot some signs and start a supportive - and potentially life saving - conversation is vital for everyone. Having tools to work through a process with someone gives you the confidence for these difficult conversations. Great course and great trainer, thank you.
I feel much more confident to be able to deal with this scenario than previously. And have learned what not to do which was invaluable
Really enjoyed the course. Was well delivered, not too long but got enough points over.
Although I only marked 3 stars above for how confident I feel - I think this will improve with more practice.
