Informative and structured course, delivered by a very experienced and efficient trainer Steve Carr. The course is intense and Steve encouraging everyone to be on camera enabled me to participate fully, same as a physical training.

Talking about suicide can be a really difficult topic but Chris made it easy to open up allowing all of us to feel comfortable giving an input. When i did make a point, Chris would reflect on what we said which i think is really important. I took a lot from that training yesterday and am really grateful to have been able to have it. Thanks.
