Enjoyed this course despite the subject matter being very difficult to manage. As an acute practitioner for most of my life this course was a good reminder that suicide is not an everyday risk that other practitioners deal with.

Fantastic course, with lots of useful information that's relevant to the job.

The course itself is beneficial to re-cap on the mental wellbeing of the persons needs, musts thoughts and how to approach it. It has allowed me to have this knowledge in the back of my mind to help with future circumstances.

Will defintely recommend to friends and colleagues so we can all be prepared and not afraid to have these open and honest conversations with individuals who are experiencing crisis / suicidal thoughts. This training is a very difficult subject, I thought it was delivered and managed really well, with lots of checking in to ensure that the group was ok. There was enough time to ask questions and the role play was enough to practice some of the techniques that we discussed.

Worth doing.
