Overall a good course and I now feel more confident in my ability to deal with these situations.

Picked up some good tips on how better to manage some of the calls in terms of structure and context.

A nicely paced course with plenty of breaks

the training was interesting, especially the piece about asking people straight out if they felt suicidal, although i may have difficult speaking to someone about this, I do feel I could ask this question, probably more with family or friends than complete strangers though
