SFA02-Suicide First Aid: Understanding Suicide Intervention Reviews

Very enjoyable course and very useful for me to use in my counselling role. I have already signed up for the ASIST course. The ability to help my community, family and friends feels beneficial and a really useful life skill. I have already had discussions on suicide twice this week, with clients and just having the extra confidence to work with them really helped.

I found the materials and structure and templates really helpful and practical which will help me if/when I need to put support for someone in to practice

Good, interesting course, I learnt alot and it was great to get to think how to also use in our communities to keep communities safe. I work in a community hub which is a safe place and I feel that this training can be useful both to people on a personal level and a work level.

GOOD DAY, ENSURING THAT THE PRACTICE I UNDERTAKE IS CORRECT IN PREVENTING SUICIDE AND HEARING FROM OTHER COLLEAGUES HOW THEY APPROACH DIFFICULT SITUATIONS.

Overall a very good day. Informative but not too heavy. Nicely planned with using break out rooms to do small team discussions. Liked that part.

An enjoyable overview of suicide and the intervention and prevention's available. Hopefully this will aid my and those who under my influence within their practice and quality of service provision for service users.
