Really enjoyable even with the emotive subject

Brilliant insight into how to manage the expectations of someone going through a suicidal episode. Along with how to support yourself while undertaking what will be a very emotional journey.

Excellent course

Gavin was excellent delivering a hard to talk about subject. He made it easy to talk about and get the group involved in the activities and discussions. This has definitely changed things for me personally.

The course is an excellent for those who have yet to encounter a suicide first aid situation. I am considering the City & Guilds level 4 training.

Good use of diagrams to explain concepts. Good breaks to help get through the day.
