Very good and learned valuable skills

Very thankful to tutor Will the delivery of SFA was excellent he explained all the content and expectations from the delivery of SFA so as from a learner perspective we knew exactly what to expect from undertaking the SFA course, showed good course delivery skills with a wealth of knowledge of SFA and was generating good learner participation in conversation related to SFA. Will has definitely helped me to be able to deliver SFA as a tutor.

Informative and really useful- thank you

There's a lot to cover in these sessions.

This course has given me more confidence to be able to approach someone or if someone approaches me to deal with a situation without putting a lot of pressure on myself.

Class size is perfect.Teacher can focus on everyone
