I obtained a good understanding of behaviours to be aware of and practical tips for spotting and managing signs and situations.

It was a great learning experience.

Well presented course with useful information on how to handle difficult situations.

Course was very interesting and full of knowledge, what I think it could be covered in little bit more time as in last quarter of the session as Zac had to cover all contacts he covered the contacts with more speed than normal. Its not his fault I my self can do the same, however for me it was a new learning topic, therefore, wanted to have little bit more in depth knowledge.
