Very useful training which is a good refresher for anyone who already does this kind of support. It was also reassuring that I have been supporting people in an appropriate manner using the right language.

I love it! So informative, gives you the right tools, not tooo heavy, gets to the point about what’s being talked about. Very inclusive with LGBTQIA .. I loved every aspect of it!
