This training will be of great value as I have just started my role as a trainee probation officer and feel this will equip me with the necessary skills to be able to help those in crisis.
This has really helped break down the process and enabled me to be able to have those conversations rather than just submitting a referal and feeling like the job was done. I will now spend much more time with someone by going through the 3 stages.
thoroughly enjoyable course and as a lite version isnt to intense for a lot of people
Excellent overall. My only 4 star was because of obvious limitations having to utilise Zoom
