I think for a lite course it was useful and informative. Could have been more interactive as was very PowerPoint heavy.
Would be good to have more interactive parts to the training. I enjoyed the video. I’m quite a visual/doing learner as I’m ADHD
Very friendly and knowledgeable about this subject. I have spoken to people before but doing this cause as given me a different angle to work with

Great to actually talk about this subject and understand the language we can use to support people.
Maybe a specific module for those working on the road would be helpful, using the JRCALC guidelines especially the mental health assessment tool which looks at lots of non verbal elements.
A couple of shorter breaks would have been good! And some interactive activities would have made it a bit more engaging (although was glad to not have to do a breakout room!). Those are the only 2 improvements I can think of, otherwise was very insightful and useful
Interesting course and brought awareness and confidence in being able to openly say this to someone I was worried about Also didn’t know someone more likely to die who doesn’t intend to as result of less support for them
