Great informative session I got lots out of it
Extremely informative training which I would highly recommend.
Well presented course with useful information on how to handle difficult situations.
Course was very interesting and full of knowledge, what I think it could be covered in little bit more time as in last quarter of the session as Zac had to cover all contacts he covered the contacts with more speed than normal. Its not his fault I my self can do the same, however for me it was a new learning topic, therefore, wanted to have little bit more in depth knowledge.
I felt that the end of the session was rushed and I felt this tainted the overall session. I would have preferred the session to be longer to ensure all the information was covered at the same pace and a Q+A at the end.
Very good course, feel able to approach someone - the hooks for when to speak were very helpful.
A very informative training especially for people who do not have experience asking about suicide
