A really well presented training session especially being online. The Tutor advised that it was not possible to share the Presentation but a similar workbook would be more useful with the actual processes we discussed. The workbook sent is really just a tool to use with not much of the guidelines and information discussed.
Wanted the course to last longer as there was so much more to cover and discuss.

I really wanted to do this course as my previous experiences of courses held by MIND have been fabulous and I'm not disappointed. The content was great, it was delivered professionally and on time and I feel that even though we are learning online, the environment was really safe, helpful and engaging.
