Enjoyed the course and learned new things about the subject.

I thought it was a really useful course delivered in a way that made it as easy as possible to learn what is and isn't helpful when speaking to someone with suicidal thoughts and signs to look for.

I now feel more informed and confident, thank you, it has given me the confidence to talk about this area of mental health and not be afraid to approach it as a subject.

It would be great for everyone in my organisation to receive this training.
